Damages and issues
Please inspect your digital files upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, corrupted or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All digital sales are final and purchases are non-refundable nor can they be returned.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges on digital products are not accepted.
Refunds
All sales are final and purchases are non-refundable nor can they be returned. In the event of a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
